What’s the next step after completing my purchase?

After purchase, you will be emailed a link to complete a detailed questionnaire. Your coach will use will use this information to create your plan. Your coach will reach out to schedule a video call or phone call (your choice).

You will also be asked to sign a waiver and submit a startup photo (your choice if you want to submit an image).

You will receive your training plan 1-2 business days after receipt of your completed questionnaire and signed waiver.

What app will I need to download?

We have partnered with the Superset App to deliver you the best coaching experience. It is available on iOS and Android.

You will use this app to track progress, communicate with your coach, access workouts, and more!

How do I communicate with my coach?

Your coach will send a check-in via our app every Sunday to see what's working and where you need more help.

You can message your coach via our app 24/7. There is no limit on how often you can ask for help!

Do I need any special equipment?

No! Each training plan is tailored to you the equipment you have access to. Whether that is a small home gym or a fully loaded commercial gym.

How often are the workouts scheduled?

The beauty of online coaching is the flexibility it offers. You decide the training frequency that fits your schedule. We recommend training at least 3 days per week.

How do I track my progress?

You will use our coaching app to log your weights and reps. Your coach will input all the exercise information, you just need to log your lifts.
